  1. Vendor Agreement

By using the West Horizon Prints platform, vendors agree to upload their original photos for sale, allowing West Horizon Prints to print and ship the products on their behalf. Vendors will receive a percentage of the sale, which may vary. Payments will be made to vendors at the end of the month after the print has been delivered and a 3-day inspection period has passed.

  1. Print Inspection and Reporting

Customers must inspect their prints within 3 days of receiving them and report any issues to West Horizon Prints. Failure to report issues within this period may result in the forfeiture of any potential remedies.

  1. Copyright and Usage

Customers agree not to reproduce, copy, or use the purchased prints in any way that violates copyright laws. The images uploaded by vendors are protected by copyright and must not be used without the appropriate permissions.

  1. Refunds and Returns

West Horizon Prints does not offer refunds for change of mind. If there are any quality issues with the print or returns are required, the vendor will not be paid for that sale. All refund and return requests must be addressed to West Horizon Prints in accordance with our refund policy.

  1. Advertising Rights

By uploading their images to West Horizon Prints, vendors grant the platform the right to use their images for advertising and promotional purposes.

  1. Shipping

All shipments are made via Australia Post. West Horizon Prints is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or damage incurred during shipping. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any additional shipping fees that may apply.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall West Horizon Prints or its vendors be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the platform, products, or services.
